Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 3, 2026
Summary: We do NOT collect, store, or share your personal health information.
All data processing happens in real-time and is not retained.
1. What We Collect
ORI Health Intelligence API is designed with privacy-first principles:
- No Personal Health Information (PHI) is collected or stored
- No account required for basic API usage
- API requests are stateless — we don't retain query data
2. How We Use Data
When you use our API (directly or through ChatGPT/Claude):
- Your query is processed in real-time against public research databases (FDA, ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed)
- Results are returned immediately
- We log only anonymized usage metrics (e.g., "drug dosing query" not "user searched Ambien")
3. Third-Party Services
We query these public data sources on your behalf:
- FDA FAERS (Adverse Event Reporting System)
- ClinicalTrials.gov
- PubMed / NCBI
- OpenFDA
These services have their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with them — we query their public APIs.
4. AI Platform Integration
When using ORI through ChatGPT or Claude:
- OpenAI/Anthropic may log your conversation per their policies
- ORI only receives the specific API call, not your full conversation
- We do not train AI models on your queries
5. Data Security
- All API traffic uses HTTPS encryption
- API keys are hashed and never stored in plain text
- Hosted on Google Cloud with SOC 2 compliance
6. Your Rights
Since we don't store your personal data, there's nothing to delete. However, you can:
- Request confirmation that no data is stored (email us)
- Revoke your API key at any time
